In the center of Belgrade, in Dorćol, a severe traffic accident occurred this morning when, at the corner of Cara Dušana and Knićaninova streets, a tram, according to initial and unofficial information, derailed and crashed into a building.
Unofficially, according to the first information, there are injured persons and people in shock.
The Emergency Medical Service is on the scene and providing assistance to them. How many are injured and what the degree of the injuries is, is currently unknown.
Tram traffic in this part of the city has been suspended, and trams in that part of Belgrade are currently stationary.
