Music star Svetlana Ceca Ražnatović gifted a villa in Dedinje to Natalija Martinović, the former wife of Željko Ražnatović Arkan, in 1997. The house had previously been registered in the name of Ceca’s sister Lidija Ocokoljić, and Natalija later developed a business from the property.

The house is located near the Marakana stadium, about a hundred meters from the villa in Ljutice Bogdana where Ceca lives.
According to media reports, Natalija rents out the house for 7,000 euros to young football players of a well-known club. Ceca bought the villa while she was married to Arkan, but later (on November 15, 1997) gifted it to Natalija and her children so that they would have a property near their father’s house.
- It is true that the house was for sale for some time for two million euros, but Natalija then decided to rent it out, for 7,000 euros per month. As was written in the media, that villa was rented for years by Vuk Jeremić, former Minister of Foreign Affairs and politician. What few people know is that Ceca bought that villa in Dedinje a long time ago and transferred it to her sister’s name. When she moved in with Arkan, she decided to do a good deed and transfer the house to Natalija’s name, that was in ’97. Ceca’s wish was for Natalija to live there with the children, so that her children would also be close to their father – a well-informed source revealed to Pink.rs.
The villa has over 400 square meters
Otherwise, the villa has a total of 408 square meters. It was built on a 15-are plot. It consists of four levels: a basement – technical area, toilet, training rooms, garage and ground floor, a spacious living room, kitchen, veranda and large terrace. On the first floor there are five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, while in the attic there are as many bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house also has four entrances, which makes it very functional and valuable.
