At the 5th European Girls’ Olympiad in Informatics (EGOI), the representatives from Serbia won two silver and one bronze medal, announced the Serbian Mathematical Society.


Medalists and Team Members

Sofija Čebašek, a student of the Mathematical Gymnasium in Belgrade, and Irina Stanišić, a student of the First Kragujevac Gymnasium in Kragujevac, won the silver medals. The bronze medal was secured by Teodora Obradović, a student of “Bora Stanković” Gymnasium in Niš. Iva Živković, a student of the Mathematical Gymnasium in Belgrade, was also a member of the Serbian team.

Anja Dožić, a former participant in this competition, was the author of one of the tasks.

The team leader was Toni Škrijelj from the Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics in Novi Sad, while the deputy team leader was Miloš Milutinović from the Faculty of Computing in Belgrade.

The competition saw the participation of 227 contestants from 60 countries.

The Olympiad was held from July 14 to July 20, 2025, in Bonn, Germany.
