North Macedonia has declared seven days of mourning, paying tribute to the victims of the unprecedented tragedy in the north of the country.

At least 59 young people aged 14 to 24 died in a fire at the “Pulse” nightclub, and 155 were injured, of whom at least three are in critical condition.

The first results of the investigation indicate numerous irregularities and illegalities that contributed to the accident.

The Serbian government has declared March 18 a day of mourning.
