The Užice fortress “Old Town” is open again to visitors every day and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Entries into the tower are organized every half hour with professional guides, and every visitor is insured, the Užice Tourism Organization announced today. Entrance is free.

The fortress was temporarily closed for the previous two years due to construction works.

The reconstruction of the Water Tower was also recently completed, and the procedure for obtaining a usage permit is currently underway, after which it will also be accessible to visitors, according to Glas zapadne Srbije.
