Serbian Times published drone footage yesterday showing the luxurious villa owned by Goran Puzović, director of the state-owned company Srbijavode.
The property is located in Surduk. The footage shows a huge house with a swimming pool, a spacious yard with lawns, a cherry orchard, landscaped pathways, ornamental plants and additional buildings.

The estate is situated on elevated ground, offering views of the surrounding landscape.
Puzović owns three plots of land in Surduk, covering a total area of 13,864 square meters. Yesterday, our readers also sent us photographs of the interior of this extremely luxurious villa.
In addition, he owns apartments in Belgrade, a weekend house and an apartment on Kopaonik, as well as numerous plots of land and buildings in the area around Novi Pazar.
The Serbian Times editorial team managed to trace four apartments in Belgrade yesterday that are believed to belong to Puzović.
Two of them are located in the Zelena Avenija neighborhood in Zemun. One measures 45 square meters, while we do not have precise information about the size of the other.
The Srbijavode director also owns apartments in Banjica and near the Gemax building.

According to data from the Anti-Corruption Agency’s asset register, Puzović earns a monthly salary of 198,000 dinars.
How he managed to acquire all this property on such a salary is something he will probably soon have to explain to the relevant authorities.
Puzović has been at the helm of Srbijavode since 2012, making him one of the longest-serving directors of state-owned companies.
