Out of nowhere, information appeared tonight that a literally irreplaceable part of Chicago from the last few years is leaving. According to Shams Charania, the Montenegrin basketball player was ultimately included in an utterly incredible and somewhat bizarre trade.
He will still remain in the Eastern Conference, except he will move to – the Boston Celtics! They also want to change and prepare for the future.

As further stated, along with the Montenegrin center, a second-round pick in the NBA draft is going to Boston, while on the other side, Chicago receives Anfernee Simons and also a second-round pick, so it can certainly be said that Boston fared much better here.
In fact, Chicago was likely looking to ease its salary cap so that it could bring in some “strong” head in the future.
