The President of the Republic of Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated today that the political situation in the Republic of Srpska remains highly stable.
‘The clear and stable parliamentary majority that underpins the work of our institutions is evident on a daily basis. This majority guarantees the continued functioning of institutions, and they are indeed functioning effectively. Naturally, we occasionally see some noise generated in line with the prevailing social and political climate, particularly through social media, where marginal groups seek to attract fleeting attention. However, from a structural perspective, this parliamentary majority has consistently worked together for many years and has repeatedly secured electoral victories. The most recent success in the local elections once again confirmed that the people trust this political structure’, Dodik stated.
Commenting on the situation at the level of BiH, President Dodik emphasized that we are living in a failed state known as Bosnia and Herzegovina.
‘This country has never succeeded in developing internal mechanisms for sustainable governance. Parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina have long relied on external support, essentially being fed by foreign actors — and what was served was often bitter or sour, but we endured it. However, there is one thing we never allowed: we never permitted changes to the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, because it is the cornerstone document.

The Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina is in fact part of an international treaty, and the Republic of Srpska remains a signatory to that treaty. The Republic of Srpska continues to uphold the constitutional structure established by the Dayton Peace Agreement — a structure that we know has already been dismantled.
The dismantling of Dayton was orchestrated by Biden’s bureaucracy, with the full cooperation of the Brussels swamp, both of which worked relentlessly to marginalize the Agreement and replace it with a political experiment — an experiment that has categorically failed.
Bosnia and Herzegovina itself has become an experiment — a project undertaken by segments of the international community, performed on a patient that technically remains alive, but whose prospects for survival grow increasingly bleak’, Dodik concluded.
