IT IS NOT THE END, WE WANT THE TITLE: Andrej Stojaković sent a powerful message after the historic qualification for the Final Four!

The surname Stojaković is once again synonymous with the basketball elite, but this time on American soil.

Andrej Stojaković confirmed that blood is not water, playing the game of the season which launched Illinois to the final tournament in Houston. The victory over Iowa (71:59) is not just a result, but a historic moment for a university that has waited more than two decades for this success.

While his father Peđa watched every move from the stands, Andrej took absolute control of the game. With 21 points scored, he was an unsolvable enigma for the Iowa defense, hitting from all positions just as the Sacramento Kings legend once did.

This is only the second time in the program’s history that Illinois has reached the Final Four.

Despite the euphoria that swept the campus, Andrej showed maturity beyond his years after the match. He made it clear that he is not satisfied with mere participation in the final tournament.

“I don’t want anyone to think we’ve done something. It’s not enough that we just got here. I want to win two more games,” Stojaković said confidently, aiming for the only thing he is missing – a championship ring.
