Serbian tennis player, Nina Stojanović, qualified for the main draw of Wimbledon after defeating Joanna Garland 7:6(5), 7:5.

Nina Stojanović, who is the 172nd tennis player in the world, emerged victorious in the final of Wimbledon qualifiers by defeating Garland, who is 144th on the WTA world ranking list.

Previously, the Serb also defeated Swiss tennis player, Susan Bandecchi, in the semi-finals of qualifications, with 6:3, 6(1):7, 6:2.

This will be Nina Stojanović’s second Wimbledon, after playing in 2021 and being eliminated immediately in the first round.

The main draw for Wimbledon will be held on Friday at 11 AM.
