NEW DETAILS OF THE HORROR IN NOVI SAD: The arrested mother gave birth on the street, an autopsy of the baby was performed!

The patient K.M. (39), who is suspected of having given birth to the baby found dead on the street in that city, is in stable condition and has been admitted to the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics for further monitoring and observation.

The University Clinical Center of Vojvodina announced that she was brought in by an Emergency team, accompanied by the police, due to childbirth outside the maternity ward.

“Upon admission to the clinic, the patient was conscious, less communicative, with normal vital parameters, and after laboratory and radiological processing, examination, and provided medical assistance, the patient, in a stable general condition, was admitted to the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics for further monitoring and observation,” the statement read.

A dead baby was found on the street this morning in Bulevar Cara Lazara in Novi Sad, while a woman was found nearby.

Autopsy performed

The newborn baby found dead in Novi Sad was born alive, and the initial autopsy results indicate that it died from hypothermia or a blow to the head, most likely upon falling to the ground when the baby was dropped, “Blic” learns.

According to unofficial media reports, the suspect M.K. (39) is charged with the criminal offense of aggravated murder of a child, which carries a sentence of life imprisonment without parole.

She is currently hospitalized in a Novi Sad hospital, after which the police will apprehend and question her.
