A new hearing was held on Thursday in the case against controversial rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently being held in a Brooklyn jail.
The court has expanded the indictment against the music mogul to officially include new evidence.
According to documents obtained by Page Six, Diddy allegedly forced at least three victims into sexual acts through threats, which he also reportedly recorded. The indictment also references a previous video of the rapper physically assaulting his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Allegedly, Diddy paid a hotel $100,000 for that footage.
Designer’s Allegations Included
The revised indictment has officially included a previously reported allegation. It concerns Brianna Bani Bongolan, a fashion designer who earlier claimed that Combs abused her and then dangled her over a 17th-floor balcony in the apartment where Cassie Ventura lived.
Since the expanded indictment contains information that had already surfaced publicly, it is believed that there are no entirely new accusations. However, prosecutors now claim that Diddy’s alleged racketeering began in 2004 instead of 2008.
Diddy’s attorney, Mark Agnifilo, has responded to the developments.

“Mr. Combs remains just as committed to fighting these charges and winning in court. This lawsuit does not present any new cases. The prosecution’s theory remains full of holes. The court has put forth an absurd claim that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were never actually his partners but rather prostitutes,” Agnifilo stated.
Former Assistant’s Testimony
As a reminder, Diddy’s former assistant, Phil Pines, stated in an Investigation Discovery interview that the rapper forced him into a sexual act with an unknown woman.
“I remember hearing the words: ‘Prove your loyalty.’ He grabbed me by the shoulders, gave me a quick massage—like a coach would do before sending a player onto the field—handed me a condom, and pushed me toward the woman, who was sitting on the couch as a guest,” Pines described, as reported by Hollywood Reporter.
