YOUNG MINA LOOSES THE BATTLE: The girl whose recovery all of Serbia was rooting for dies at 23!

Mina Pošarac (23) from Ruma, the girl for whom people raised money for treatment, passed away this morning, according to her friends and acquaintances on social media.

Mina suffered from an aggressive tumor that most often occurs in the brain. However, hers was discovered in the spine. Mina Pošarac was a great fighter and did not give up her battle to defeat the tumor, and her story moved all of Serbia.

Unfortunately, Mina did not survive, and her friends and acquaintances are saying goodbye to her on social media.

“Dear friends and good people. I just received the news that Mina Pošarac, the girl we fought for, passed away this morning at 6 am. At the moment when I was writing the text, thanking everyone for fighting for Mina, the girl died. What can I say? Thank you once again to all those who participated in the donation for Mina Pošarac at the Akord festival! Yesterday, the money was paid (21,250 dinars) into Mina’s grandmother’s account,” wrote a man who raised money for Mina’s treatment.

One of her friends also said goodbye to her by posting a broken heart on her Instagram story along with Mina’s photo.
