A moment of inattention in extra time gave Hibernian a place in the 4th round of the Conference League qualifiers, while the Serbian club finishes its European campaign for the third consecutive season before the main, desired phase.
But there is nothing to criticize about the black-and-white babies. On the contrary, this match in Scotland will be talked about for years because a Partizan team like this has not been seen on the road in a European match for a long time. Srđan Blagojević’s players were not far from doing something that no generation before them has managed: to overcome a two-goal deficit from Belgrade and advance.
