In the branch of the “Karađorđe” Elementary School in Saranovo, in the municipality of Rača, the ceiling of one classroom collapsed today, and students were sent home. Classes will not be held in the school building, the School Administration confirmed to the Beta agency.
Starting tomorrow, classes will be organized at another location.

According to information obtained by the Beta agency from whistleblower Tomislav Veljković from Rača, the reconstruction of the school building in Saranovo was completed four months ago.
The ceiling, along with its entire structure, collapsed during the Easter holiday break, and this morning, upon the arrival of teachers, students were sent home due to the building’s unsafe condition.
