Students of the Faculty of Law currently in blockade have condemned the attack on a professor, a doorman, and several of their colleagues that occurred today at the faculty. They state that the attacker is a student who is a “signatory of the so-called ‘silent majority,’ inspired by the incompetent subject institution that daily persecutes and targets the entire academic community.”
“Today in the morning hours, while the professor of obligations law was signing off students, the aforementioned individual tried to skip the line, for which the professor reprimanded him. In a fit of anger, unjustified and unforgivable aggression, he pulled the professor’s nose, after which she called the doorman for help. After that, M.S. fought with the doorman and inflicted serious bodily injuries upon him,” reads a statement from the Faculty of Law students in blockade on the social network X.
They added that several students attempted to defend the professor and the doorman.

The students in blockade state that, although they called the police immediately at the beginning of the incident, plainclothes inspectors arrived only after 25 minutes, and a patrol arrived 20 minutes after that.
“We cannot believe that Pionirski Park, which has been occupied for two months, is guarded day and night by a double-digit number of police officers, yet when we call the Ministry of Internal Affairs, THERE IS NO PATROL,” the statement says.
They added that they condemn all forms of violence and that during six months of struggle, they have shown that violence “has absolutely never been a solution” for them, and they believe that such acts must be adequately sanctioned by the competent authorities.
