Ten NBA championship games were played in the night from Wednesday to Thursday. Bogdan Bogdanović, Nikola Jović, and Vasilije Micić were in action.
Atlanta defeated Brooklyn 120-116 at home in a true shootout, scoring 37 points in the final quarter. Trae Young, as expected, led the Hawks with 30 points and 12 assists, followed by Okongwu with 28 points and eight rebounds. In the winning team, Bogdan Bogdanović finished the game with eight points (shooting 2/6, all from three points), two rebounds and assists. On the other side, in the absence of Bojan Bogdanović, Cameron Thomas was the most prominent with 36 points.
In the Florida derby, Orlando defeated Miami 116-97 as a guest. One of the brighter spots in Erik Spoelstra’s team was Serbian national team member Nikola Jović, who finished the game with 15 points (7/15 from the field, 1/7 from three points), five rebounds and one assist, block, and steal. Perhaps this game is also an announcement that Jović will have a serious role considering that he was a starter and played 24 minutes. The most efficient in Miami was Robinson with 19 points. On the other side, Banchero was very motivated with 33 points and 11 rebounds, while Franz Wagner recorded 23 points.

Of the Serbian players, only Vasilije Micić rejoiced in the victory. His Charlotte defeated Houston 110-105 away, and the Serbian national team player spent 16 and a half minutes on the court and had five points (shooting 2/9) and rebounds each, along with one assist and steal. LaMelo Ball was the most efficient with 34 points, and he also recorded 11 assists and eight rebounds.
Portland suffered a convincing home defeat to the Golden State Warriors 139-104. For the home team, Deni Avdija was solid with 15 points, seven rebounds and two assists, steals, and blocks each. The derby of the evening was supposed to be the match between Philadelphia and Milwaukee. But when Joel Embiid doesn’t play for the Sixers, then there is little hope. So it was this time too, and the Bucks won 124-109 with 30 points, nine rebounds, and six assists from Damian Lillard, while Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded 25 points, 14 rebounds, and seven assists.
Other results: Detroit – Indiana 109-115, Toronto – Cleveland 106-136, New Orleans – Chicago 123-111, Utah – Memphis 124-126, LA Clippers – Phoenix 113-116.
