“I am not a representative of the students, but I stand firmly with them and the academic community that demands the rule of law and a dignified life in their country. My responsibility is, from the position of Rector and as one of the representatives of the academic community, to contribute to the understanding of what universities and the entire society in Serbia are going through today, as well as to protect the right of students and the university to free, dignified, and responsible action,” Đokić pointed out.
