Serbian sailors achieved great success by winning three medals at the international EurILCA Europe Cup regatta in the Romanian city of Constanta.

This competition gathered sailors from several European countries, and the regatta was sailed in demanding conditions on the Black Sea.

Kristina Boja won the gold medal in the ILCA 6 class, absolutely deservedly, as she dominated throughout the entire regatta, achieving four victories in individual races and finishing the competition with only four net points after five races held.

The Serbian team also had an excellent performance in the ILCA 7 class, where Andrej Bozoki won first place and Nenad Zakic took second place in the overall standings. Bozoki finished the regatta with six net points, along with three victories in individual races, while Zakic collected nine net points and achieved one victory. In the same class, Relja Milovanovic took fifth place in the overall standings.

Serbia also had a successful performance in the ILCA 4 class, where Veljko Simonovic took an excellent fourth place in the overall standings and second place in the boys’ competition, while Lina Burcul took 15th place in the overall standings of the ILCA 4 class, or sixth place in the girls’ competition, gaining new significant international experience in strong European competition.
