“Here we are at Christmas” – this message was written on posters that appeared this morning in several locations in northern Kosovo. The message is written on a poster in the colors of the Serbian flag.
As KoSSev reports, it is not known when the posters were put up, but they appeared in the northern part of Mitrovica, in several places on Ivo Lola Ribar Street.
Some media reported that identical posters have been found in other municipalities in northern Kosovo, including Leposavić and Zvečan, since this morning.
However, we were unable to find them in Zvečan in the places where the media had photographed them earlier today.
Kosovo Police Will Not Deal with the Case
The Kosovo Police (KP) is aware of the case but will not deal with it; they confirmed it for our portal.
“We saw the posters and consulted with the prosecutor. It was decided not to deal with the case, so it does not exist,” Veton Eljšani, deputy commander for the North region, told KoSSev.

When asked about reports that some posters were removed by the KP this morning, he stated that this was not true.
On the other hand, he adds that, even if police officers were seen somewhere removing them, they did so to deliver them to the prosecutor.
