FROM A DIFFICULT CHILDHOOD TO THE MRS SOUTHERN BAVARIA TITLE: Milena Fulfilled Her Dream in Germany, Today She Fights Against Violence Against Women and Children! (PHOTO)

Life is often hardest on those who later become the strongest. A Serbian woman from Bor, who now lives in Germany, managed to overcome a difficult childhood, losses and life’s challenges, build her own path and achieve what she once could only dream of.

Milena Stanišić represented Southern Bavaria at the traditional Miss Deutschland competition, one of the best-known pageants in Germany. As part of the competition, representatives are selected for each region in the Miss and Mrs categories, with the Mrs category intended for more mature contestants. Milena won the title of Mrs Südbayern.

The road to success was anything but easy and was marked by serious obstacles. Milena grew up without her parents, in foster families, where she also experienced a period of abuse. She lost her mother when she was only 13, while her sister passed away six years ago. Despite all the hardships she faced in life, she managed to overcome her problems and build a life of which she is proud today.

After difficult years, she went to Germany completely on her own and fought to make a life for herself. Today, she lives as a single mother of one child, works full-time and successfully balances all her family and professional responsibilities. In addition, she has a deep love for Serbian tradition and spends her free time singing ethnic music. Alongside music, she is also dedicated to sports. With the support and guidance of personal trainer Mirjana Todorović, she is currently undergoing intensive preparations for the national Fitness Bikini competition.

Fighting Violence and Supporting Women and Children

A particularly important part of her work is the fight for the rights of women and children. Through her personal story, she wants to raise awareness of domestic and peer violence and encourage all women who find themselves in difficult life situations. Her wish is to show them that it is possible to find strength, stand up for themselves, escape a harmful environment and build a completely independent life.

After winning the Mrs Südbayern title, Milena Stanišić has set a new goal focused on the upcoming national Fitness Bikini competition, where she hopes to achieve the best possible result. At the same time, she continues working on projects and initiatives aimed at providing direct support and protection to women and children who are victims of violence.
