Državljani Srbije širom sveta okupiće se 15. i 16. marta u više od 30 gradova širom sveta kako bi sa svojim prijateljima u državama u kojima žive i rade pokazali podršku dijaspore studentima i globalnu solidarnost sa studentskim pokretom u Srbiji.
„Ovo će biti najSerbian citizens around the world will gather on March 15 and 16 in more than 30 cities to show the diaspora’s support for students and global solidarity with the student movement in Serbia, together with their friends in the countries where they live and work.
“This will be the largest protest of Serbian diaspora support to date—stretching from Europe to Qatar, Australia, and New Zealand,” the organizers stated, as reported by FoNet.
On March 15 and 16, participants will gather in public spaces and observe 15 minutes of silence to honor the victims of the November 1 tragedy in Novi Sad last year.
“The goal is for Serbian citizens living abroad to also contribute to the mass rally scheduled for March 15 in Belgrade. After these gatherings, a joint video featuring footage from all cities will be created and publicly released for media distribution,” the organizers announced.

Alphabetically, the listed countries include Australia, Austria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.
The protests are being organized by students and citizens in collaboration with numerous formal and informal groups worldwide, without political symbols or party affiliations, as emphasized in the statement.
As a reminder, the Serbian diaspora in Chicago has announced its eighth rally in support of students in Serbia, which will take place on March 15 in front of the General Consulate of the Republic of Serbia in Chicago, starting at 11:30 AM.
