COUNCILOR FROM ZAJEČAR: State Inspector Confirms Horrific Voter Roll Fraud, Epic Election Theft!

Uglješa Đuričković from the opposition list “Change We Believe In” stated that an extraordinary inspection by Inspector Miladinka Đurđević confirmed deficiencies and irregularities in the local elections in Zaječar.

We remind you that, according to the Record of Extraordinary Inspection Supervision by the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, the Unified Voter Register in Zaječar, as of July 2 and 3 – just one day before the total report on election results in that city was finalized – includes deceased individuals, internally displaced persons not registered as such in Zaječar, and individuals found to be registered based on residence who actually do not have residence in the territory of Zaječar.

Inspector’s Actions Called a “Surprise”

Đuričković emphasizes that this inspector is a surprise because, unlike other institutions and their representatives, she did the right thing.

“This is indeed a surprise. A month and a half after the epic theft that occurred during the local elections in Zaječar on June 8, at the state level, no institution reacted and stood in defense of this regime. Now, a report and the Record have arrived, provided to me by administrative inspector Miladinka Đurđević, who conducted an extraordinary inspection of the unified voter register in Zaječar, and I must say that it is a surprise that some service, institution, or person did the right thing,” he explained to N1.

As the opposition member from Zaječar points out, she confirmed what the opposition lists had indicated earlier.

He stressed that several things are important from the record.

“Several things are clear from the record: that internally displaced persons who have residence in Kosovo but live with us, some of them should not have been registered and were not allowed to be registered in the voter register; they were not allowed to vote, but they had the opportunity. The clerk working on the voter register and the head of the City Administration obviously consciously allowed these individuals to be registered in the voter register until June 8 so that they could vote, and after that, they started deleting them from the list. As early as June 12, the clerk began deleting people. There are also individuals who were registered in the voter register with a residence, but had residence in another place,” Đuričković pointed out.

He described this as a “horrific and incredible fraud,” and of institutional remedies, he noted, only a constitutional appeal remains. However, he places more trust in the people and the streets.

Local elections were held on June 8 in Zaječar and Kosjerić, and many electoral irregularities were observed.
