A man’s body was found today on the pavement in Block 44 in New Belgrade. According to unofficial information obtained by Blic, passersby noticed the body and immediately alerted the police and emergency services.
“A police investigation is underway, and the entire area has been cordoned off with police tape. It is suspected that this was a suicide and that the unfortunate man detonated a bomb,” a well-informed Blic source stated.
“It is most likely a suicide, but the investigation is still ongoing. It is presumed that the man lay on the bomb and then activated the explosive device,” the source added.
