A cinematic robbery took place last night in Zvezdara when four unknown men robbed a store and, in the process, injured the shop owner’s son (29), a Chinese national.
Everything happened around 7 PM, at a moment when the young man was alone in the store. According to our information, the attackers had a well-developed plan and clearly divided roles in order to get their hands on the loot.
They posed as customers while the fourth “operated”
As Telegraf has learned, three of the robbers entered the premises and began talking to the young man, pretending to be customers. While they distracted the unfortunate victim, the fourth member of the gang slipped into the back of the room.
He managed to find the “stash” where the young man had hidden the money and took about 10,000 euros from it.
He threw himself onto the hood to stop them
The drama culminated when the shop owner’s son realized what was happening. In an attempt to prevent the robbers from escaping with the loot, a physical confrontation occurred in which the attackers struck him.
“The young man fought to his last breath. When they got into the car to flee, he desperately threw himself onto the hood of the vehicle in order to stop them,” a source close to the investigation revealed.
The ruthless robbers did not stop even then – they hit the gas and sped off at full speed, after which the young man fell off the vehicle, and they disappeared in an unknown direction.
Members of the Zvezdara police are intensively searching for the four attackers. Evidence was collected at the scene, and footage from surveillance cameras inside the premises, as well as from surrounding buildings, is currently being reviewed in order to identify the vehicle and the robbers.
The investigation is ongoing, writes Telegraf.
