The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management of Serbia stated in a press release that the only way to review the decisions of the Directorate for Agricultural Payments on determining the passive status of certain agricultural holdings is for the holders of those agricultural holdings to appeal within the statutory deadline.

“Based on the above, we call on all farmers whose agricultural holdings have been assigned a passive status to exercise their legal right and to file this legal remedy within the given deadline. All appeals received within the statutory deadline will be decided on as soon as possible, as in the case of the aforementioned farmers Veljković, Kokanović, and Ćurčić,” the ministry announced.
