President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić stated that elections will be held by the end of the year, and perhaps even by Vidovdan, June 28.

“Elections will be called by the end of the year, maybe they will even be by Vidovdan. They asked for them, we will see when those elections will be. Whatever the people say, that is how it will be, ‘vox populi, vox dei’ (the voice of the people is the voice of God),” Vučić told Informer, where he also commented on the events in front of the Rectorate.

Regarding the protest in front of the Rectorate, President Vučić pointed out that citizens can remain calm and that the state is doing its job responsibly and professionally.
