“The investigating judge, on October 30, 2025, lifted the detention ordered by the decision of October 29, 2025, on the detention ground from Article 175 para. 1 item 1 of the CPC, having found that there is no reasonable suspicion that the defendants Y. G. and N. D. committed the criminal offense of attempted murder, as charged in the order to conduct the investigation, and in accordance with the proposal of the Supreme State Prosecutor’s Office (VDT),” the statement said.
Y. G. and N. D. will defend themselves from liberty in the further course of the proceedings, and the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office charges them with violent behavior.
