PMF STUDENT DETAINED AT THE STATION: The act for which he is charged has been reclassified as a misdemeanor!

For the PMF student who was detained this morning around 7 a.m. during a police intervention at the court blockade, the act for which he is charged will be reclassified as a misdemeanor.

This is a much easier situation for the defendant, the student’s lawyer stated.

The offense in question is Indecent, insolent, and reckless behavior.

The threatened penalty is 30-60 days in prison, 240 to 360 hours of community service, and a fine of 10,000 to 150,000 dinars.

He will be brought before the Misdemeanor Court, at Bulevar oslobođenja no. 52, and the hearing will be at approximately 12:30 p.m.

Earlier today, his lawyer Milan Glušavac told N1 that he was charged with the criminal offense of assaulting an official.

The student is currently at the Detelinara police station.
