MADNESS IN BOSNIA: Order issued for the arrest of Milorad Dodik, the prosecutor’s office requested “SIPA assistance”!

The BiH Prosecutor’s Office, whose activities are prohibited in Republika Srpska, has issued an order to the judicial police for the arrest of the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, Prime Minister Radovan Višković and President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska Nenad Stevandić, RTRS was confirmed from the cabinet of the Prime Minister of the Government of Republika Srpska.

The order was issued by prosecutor Ćazim Hasanspahić, and the unconstitutional Prosecutor’s Office charges them with committing the criminal offense of “attack on the constitutional order”.

The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) received an order from the Judicial Police to assist in the arrest of the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, Euronews.ba reports.

Assistance is requested in the arrest of Dodik, as well as his associates Radovan Višković, RS Prime Minister, and Nenad Stevandić, RS National Assembly Speaker.

SIPA also has a ban on operating in Republika Srpska, Tanjug reports.

The process is managed by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is investigating the criminal offense of attack on the constitutional order.

The BiH Prosecutor’s Office previously sent a summons for Dodik to be questioned as a suspect for attacking the constitutional order.

The RS president previously said that he would not respond to the summons for questioning.

The RS National Assembly adopted four laws, and Dodik then signed decrees on their proclamation.

These are the Law on the Non-Application of Laws and the Prohibition of the Activities of Unconstitutional Institutions of BiH, the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Republika Srpska, the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska and the Law on the Special Register and Public Access to the Work of Non-Profit Organizations.

These laws, among other things, prohibit the activities of the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, SIPA and VSTS BiH in the territory of RS.

The Constitutional Court of BiH has temporarily suspended these laws.
