HORRIFYING DETAILS OF THE EXPLOSION ON THE BEACH IN BUDVA: A child lost a hand, a man from Belgrade arrested!

A child, who was seriously injured yesterday on a beach in Montenegro when a diving cylinder exploded, lost a hand!

The Montenegrin police arrested M. B. (45) from Belgrade, who is suspected of serious crimes against general safety in conjunction with the criminal offense of illegal business, banking, stock exchange, and insurance activities.

“A citizen of the Republic of Serbia, M.B. (45), was deprived of his freedom, who, as is suspected, committed the criminal acts he is charged with in a way that he, with a generally dangerous action and a generally dangerous means, caused a danger to the life or body of people on a beach in the town of Krimovica, while engaging in a business or other activity without registration or approval, and as a result, a minor person suffered a serious bodily injury,” the police state.

As they explain, the accident happened near a beach in the town of Krimovica when a diving cylinder exploded.

“During the detonation, fragments of the cylinder hit the aforementioned injured person, a foreign citizen, at a greater distance in the arm area, during which a hand was amputated. This person was transported to receive medical assistance, while two more people came to receive medical assistance due to minor bodily injuries due to the detonation,” the police state.

As they point out, the prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Kotor was informed about the event, and he went to the scene where an investigation was carried out in the presence of a mechanical expert.

After a series of activities were undertaken, and by the order of the acting prosecutor, M.B. was deprived of his freedom.
