A few days ago, bad news arrived from Washington: U.S. tariffs on imports from Serbia will be increased to 35%. This means that Serbs in America will now have to pay more for products that help them ease their nostalgia for their homeland.

When, how, and by how much? We discussed this at the Serb Fest in Chicago with those who know best: importers and distributors. Specifically, we spoke with Aleksandar Ćućuz from Božić Imports, the company that imports the largest number of Serbian and Balkan products into the United States.
