The president of the SNSD, Milorad Dodik, put forward claims that there was an attempt to strike a major deal regarding the sale of weapons to Ukraine, but that the arrangement was stopped because Republika Srpska did not give its consent.
-The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, tried to buy weapons worth 400 million dollars from the Bosniaks in BiH – Dodik said.
He noted that the Bosniaks had reached an agreement with Zelensky’s government on the delivery, and that Republika Srpska did not give approval for the sale, but that Kyiv had already paid the Bosniaks in advance, who will now face legal proceedings since they could not honor that agreement.
In an interview with Tass, Dodik denied that weapons from Republika Srpska are located in Ukraine.
-If we are talking about official channels, not a single magazine will end up there, because our people, the Serbs in Republika Srpska, would never give their consent for that. No weapon can legally be sent to Ukraine, even through intermediaries – Dodik said.
