The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated tonight in East Sarajevo that members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) of BiH had broken the law and said that they have no authority to act on the territory of Republika Srpska.
“I feel good, safe, healthy, alive. I have no intention of leaving this facility under pressure, this is Republika Srpska. Those who came here, came to Republika Srpska. They are not an agency backed by Republika Srpska. They, as the minister said, have broken the law. And it will be seen who and how has the power to enforce the law,” Dodik said at a press conference.
He emphasized that SIPA can do nothing.
“Kemal Ademović’s brother, who was the wartime head of AID, was here tonight in front of the building. This is not territory where the authority of BiH is exercised,” Dodik said.
Dodik also stated that Christian Schmidt will be held accountable for falsely representing himself.
He noted that 49 percent of the territory is Srpska’s, and that SIPA represents a “Muslim lair from the Sarajevo valley.”
“Our citizens in BiH institutions are not paid by those institutions, but by RS. I can understand some fears, different conceptions, the opposition behaves treasonously. We are trying to protect our constitutional right, they say that RS is undermining the constitutional order, and RS defended itself from the unconstitutional actions of Christian Schmidt, who made a decision to be valid as law. They managed to explain it in a perverse way to a part of their associates in the EU, which is not incomprehensible, because they themselves protect Schmidt,” Dodik emphasized.
He added that property is the question of all questions.
“If that is imposed, on the same day RS will make a decision on independent status. We will separate and defend our property. I am proud of our police, they are patriots, and the traitors are in the opposition. Does any brain really think that the police who are responsible for protecting the institutions should succumb to the occupying force called SIPA, the Prosecutor’s Office, the Court, Schmidt,” Dodik said.
