Sanctions on NIS (Petroleum Industry of Serbia) have been postponed again, this time for 30 days, Blic reports.

NIS previously announced that it had submitted a new request to the US Department of the Treasury for the issuance of a special license postponing the full implementation of the announced US sanctions.

As a reminder, NIS previously received a postponement of sanctions for a period of two months.

NIS has repeatedly emphasized that “despite complex circumstances, the company NIS remains committed to continuing the stable supply of the domestic market with all types of petroleum products and preserving the social stability of employees.”
