Serbian athlete Angelina Topić won the 10th anniversary Belgrade Indoor Meeting, clearing 192 centimeters on her third attempt!
The season is just heating up, and Topić is already showing excellent form. At the first competition of the year, she cleared 190 cm, but now she has raised the bar and proved that she is ready for even greater heights.
She started the competition with confident jumps at 180 and 184 cm, while at 187 cm she took a short break but cleared that height on her second attempt.
She first took the lead when she cleared 190 cm on her first attempt, while her main rivals, Marija Vuković (Montenegro) and Katerina Tabashnik (Ukraine), managed to do so only on their second and third attempts.
When she cleared 192 cm on her third jump, she secured the victory and then attacked the national record of 197 cm, which she holds herself.
She was close on her third attempt, but the bar fell – which does not diminish her fantastic result!
It is worth noting that this 192 cm jump is currently the third best result in the world since the beginning of 2025.
