Serbian athlete Angelina Topić broke the state record in the high jump discipline indoors, as she jumped 1.98 meters at a competition in Lodz, Poland.
The best female athlete of Serbia for the year 2025 jumped 1.84 meters, 1.87; 1.90; 1.92, and 1.96 on her first attempt, and then cleared 1.98 on her third attempt.
The Serbian athlete thus equaled her own and the state records outdoors and indoors, which now stand at 1.98 meters in both categories.
Topić will perform at a meeting in Belgrade on February 11.
Serbian athlete Armin Sinančević took third place in the shot put in Lodz, as he threw 19.93 meters.
