Judging by the contradictory statements from the opposition and the President of Serbia, the citizens of Serbia will have to wait a little longer to find out who truly won the elections in Kosjerić and Zaječar.
The statement by Raša Nedeljkov, CRTA’s program director, also contributed to this:
“According to the latest results, 84.2 percent of voters cast their ballots in Kosjerić. The list ‘We Don’t Give Up on Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić’ received 3,686 votes. The ‘United for Kosjerić’ list received 3,635 votes. The Russian Party received 48 votes. There were 119 invalid ballots. So, the difference between the first and second-placed lists is only 51 votes,” said Nedeljkov.
However, he emphasized that if voting at even one polling station is annulled, it could affect the final result. There were 119 invalid ballots.
If there are no changes, the SNS list would have 14 councilors, and United for Kosjerić 13.
Incidentally, the opposition list “United for Kosjerić” declared victory in the local elections shortly after 9 PM.
Member Of The Electoral Commission In Zaječar: We Haven’t Finished Counting Yet
The opposition also declared victory in Zaječar, but for now there are no unofficial results, nor results from observers in that city.
As an N1 reporter states, a representative of the Municipal Electoral Commission in Kosjerić said that the material is currently being processed:
“We have five or six teams that brought the material and have not yet submitted the minutes. I went out to the people to ask for their patience. When we finish everything, I or someone from the electoral commission will come out to announce it.”

Rašić: We Promised Voters That The Victory Would Be Preserved
An N1 reporter states that the citizens of Zaječar say they are not interested in what Vučić says.
“The fact is that ‘Promena u koju verujemo’ (Change We Believe In) is definitely the largest opposition force. I promised the voters that the victory would be preserved. Their methods are clear to us. This is an expected scenario. We will preserve the victory,” said Dragana Rašić.
“Behind me are students and citizens of Zaječar. They are in the streets. We have no choice but to stay here,” said Rašić.
