The Serbian team won three bronze medals at the Ninth European Junior Olympiad in Informatics (EJOI), held from August 29 to September 4, 2025, in Shumen, Bulgaria. The event brought together 96 competitors from 24 countries.
Irina Stanišić from the First Kragujevac High School, Mihajlo Janičić from “Starina Novak” Elementary School in Belgrade, and Lazar Nikić from the Šabac High School all won bronze medals. The fourth team member was Veljko Vitkovac from “Jovan Popović” Elementary School in Kruševac.

The Mathematical Society of Serbia organized the preparations and participation with the support of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications.
The team was led by Milica Nastić from “Andra Savčić” Elementary School in Valjevo and Ognjen Tešić from the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Belgrade.
