The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, stated today that the internal control service in the MUP will examine how the police treated the student Nikolina Sinđelić.
“I ask all the media to show greater respect for that young lady, she is a lady, and there is an internal control service that will examine everything, whether there were any irregularities, and that will be clear to everyone and there will be a principle of responsibility. And if not, they will continue to work normally as before – honorably, responsibly, and honestly,” said Vučić during a walk with citizens against blockades in Ub, answering a journalist’s question about how he comments on the claims about the police’s treatment of the student Nikolina Sinđelić.
Vučić said that he came to Ub to the gathering of citizens against blockades to replace the Minister for Public Investments, Darko Glišić.
The citizens greeted Vučić with cheers and by chanting “We won’t give up Serbia.”
The President of Serbia arrived in Ub for the gathering of citizens against blockades a little before 7 PM and joined the citizens’ walk.
