U.S. President Donald Trump has imposed tariffs of 37% on all goods coming from Serbia, the highest tariffs imposed on any European country. We tried to find out how this will affect the rise in prices of Serbian products here in Chicago from those who know best—importers and distributors.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić announced that he will negotiate with the American side to ease the tariffs, but until that happens, one thing is certain—Serbs in Chicago will no longer be buying Plazma, Eurocrem, and other items at prices cheaper than in Serbia, which had been the case for years.
