Yesterday, a second video of the tragedy at Novi Sad Railway Station was released. It shows an important detail that the public was unable to see in the first video released on the day of the tragedy.
First Video
The first video was taken from inside the building itself. From this perspective, you can see people passing by, coming and going, some sitting on benches, standing up, and then the canopy collapses, covering everything beneath it. From this angle, it’s impossible to see exactly how the tragedy at Novi Sad Railway Station occurred. Therefore, it’s not clear where the crack started or how the canopy collapsed onto the unfortunate people.
Second Video
The second video, which was released yesterday, provides a new perspective and a new view of the entire tragedy. It clearly shows from which end everything started.
After watching the video carefully, it is clear that the collapse began first at the right end of the canopy, after which the rest also collapsed.
