Partizan’s basketball team was defeated by Fenerbahçe with a score of 87:99 in the Round 12 EuroLeague game.
Partizan has deepened its crisis in both play and results, now standing at 4–8 near the very bottom of the table.
The current European champion, Fenerbahçe, recorded its fourth consecutive victory and now holds a 7–5 record.
The most efficient player of the game was Sterling Brown with 25 points, followed by Tyrique Jones with 18 points. For Fenerbahçe, the best was Jantunen with 22 points, followed by Biberović with 14 points.
In the next round, the black-and-whites will already on Tuesday visit Panathinaikos.
The black-and-whites once again opened the game disastrously, literally unable to connect anything, and the guests gladly took advantage of such a gift.
Already in the fifth minute the scoreboard showed 0:14, and Partizan scored its first points only in the 6th minute through Sterling Brown.

The black-and-whites then somewhat recovered, mostly thanks to the in-form Tyrique Jones, who scored 12 points in the first half. After the first quarter it was 11:24, and Fenerbahçe’s lead was constantly in double digits, reaching a maximum of +19.
At halftime it was 39:56, which says everything about Partizan’s defense. The best player for the guests was Jantunen with 14 points and three three-pointers. For Partizan, Sterling Brown also stood out at the end of the first half with 11 points.
In the third quarter, a completely different picture. Partizan came alive, started scoring from all positions, and Fenerbahçe’s lead began to melt away. In just five minutes the black-and-whites came to -6, 56:62. Then Fener hit two quick three-pointers and repelled Partizan’s attack. However, Sterling Brown heated up and at the end of the third quarter it was only -7, 68:75.
Partizan did not have the strength for a complete comeback; whenever the black-and-whites approached, the guests scored, regained a double-digit lead, and calmly brought the game to an end.
