A police cordon in full gear has been deployed since early morning near the Old Sava Bridge near the former bus station, where a group of citizens is preventing workers from a public utility company from removing asphalt and rails on the bridge.

The police arrested Sava Manojlović and Aleksandar Jovanović from “Kreni promeni” and took him away to an unknown location. As seen in the footage, nine police officers grabbed Manojlović by his arms and legs and carried him away. It can also be seen that he is not feeling well.

A real drama is currently unfolding on the Old Sava Bridge, near the old railway station, after the police in full combat gear arrested Sava Manojlović from the “Kreni promeni” movement, who has been defending the bridge from dismantling with a group of citizens since this morning.

The police officers handcuffed Manojlović, who, according to the shouts of citizens and his comrades from the movement, is not feeling well.

Then they grabbed him by his arms and legs and carried him down the stairs under the Old Sava Bridge.

A comrade of Manojlović claims that there was blood around him.
