ONLY ONE PLAYER GOES ONTO THE COURT: Svetislav Pešić canceled the Eagles’ practice before Finland, and here’s why!

The Serbian basketball team was defeated by Turkey on Wednesday with a score of 95:90, and after less than 24 hours, the “eagles” will not practice, even though it was planned.

On Saturday at 8:45 p.m., the Serbian team will play a round of 16 match against Finland, which also canceled today’s practice.

After all the big problems and new injuries of Aleksa Avramović and Tristan Vukčević, the goal is for the Serbian basketball players to rest and the professional staff did not want to risk new injuries.

The practice was scheduled from 2:50 p.m. to 3:50 p.m., but it will not happen.

The only Serbian basketball player who will go out on the court is Vasilije Micić, who will try to adjust his shooting hand before Finland with a shooting practice.

As Pešić announced after Turkey, the most important thing now is for the team to recover and rest for the continuation of the competition.

FIBA also officially informed the media that the practices of the teams of Portugal, Turkey, and Latvia have been canceled.
