The High Prosecution Council has returned prosecutors Dragoljub Miladinović and Aleksandar Isailović to the Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime, N1 learns.
Prosecutor Irena Bjeloš and prosecutor Aleksandar Barac were not returned to the TOK, as we have learned. These prosecutors worked on the “Konjuh” and canopy case, writes N1.
The new prosecutors in the TOK will be, as we have learned, Tanja Vukićević, Željko Jovanović, and Ivan Sunarić.

The VST unanimously decided to return Gordana Janićijević to Eurojust as a liaison prosecutor.
At the VST session, seven prosecutors were proposed for temporary assignment to the TOK. As stated by the Vice President of the VST, Miroslav Đorđević, the prosecutors will be officially assigned to the Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime starting tomorrow. The assignment of prosecutors to the TOK followed as a response to the recommendations of the Venice Commission.
