During the halftime of the match between the Detroit Pistons and Orlando Magic, the NBA completed the list of finalists for individual honors in the current season, after the names of candidates for the Most Valuable Player, Rookie of the Year, and Coach of the Year awards were announced.
What interested the public worldwide the most were the names of the candidates for the league’s Most Valuable Player, and the narrowest selection included Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder, Nikola Jokić of the Denver Nuggets, and Victor Wembanyama of the San Antonio Spurs, which guarantees one of the most exciting MVP races in the last few years. It seems unrealistic, but it is true that Luka Dončić had a phenomenal season, yet in the strong competition, he did not find himself among the three main candidates.

In the competition for Coach of the Year are J.B. Bickerstaff, Mitch Johnson, and Joe Mazzulla, experts who led their teams to exceptional results and stood out for the way they guided their squads through the season.
