HORROR IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA: Husband Kills Wife With a Hunting Rifle, Then Tries to Take His Own Life by Shooting Himself in the Head — But Survives!

A family tragedy unfolded in Miričina near Gračanica, where a woman was killed and her husband was hospitalized following a violent incident.

The events took place at around 7:30 p.m. According to reports, a local resident identified as S.K. (66), from the hamlet of Miričina Polje, fatally shot his wife with a hunting rifle in the yard of their family home.

He then attempted to take his own life by shooting himself in the head, but survived.

The man was transported in critical condition to the University Clinical Center in Tuzla, where he is receiving medical treatment.

Police officers from the Gračanica Police Department have secured the scene of the killing and the attempted suicide while the investigation continues.
