The Denver Nuggets were defeated by the New York Knicks with a score of 122-112, as Nikola Jokić had one of his weakest performances of the season.

The Knicks took an early lead in the first quarter (31-27) and extended it to +6 at halftime. They also won the third quarter (33-32), despite Denver leading 66-74 at one point.

In the final period, Denver threatened early, closing the gap to 95-93, but could not get any closer. The Knicks went on a 10-0 run and comfortably controlled the rest of the game.

Jokić was far from his usual level, struggling with foul trouble in the first half. He finished the game with 17 points, six assists, and six rebounds, well below his season averages. The Serbian center shot 6/15 from the field, 3/7 from three-point range, and 2/2 from the free-throw line.

Even a brilliant performance from Jamal Murray (33 points, five rebounds, six assists) was not enough for Denver. Russell Westbrook contributed 14 points and 14 rebounds, while Michael Porter Jr. underperformed with just nine points.
