Farmers began protests today by blocking roads, demanding, among other things, the immediate abolition of the unlawful placement of farmers in passive status and guarantees that this will never happen again.
As reported by N1, this section of the highway was blocked by two of the largest associations from Šumadija and Pomoravlje. Police are redirecting vehicles, there are no queues or dissatisfied drivers.
“Today, any farm can be put on hold without a reason, and the slightest opposition to the authorities could lead to that,” one farmer told N1.
According to him, farmers are demanding the resignation of the Minister of Agriculture, Aleksandar Martinović, because he did not stand up for farmers.

During the blockade, which is scheduled to last until 1:00 PM, farmers will allow the passage of all emergency vehicles and vehicles transporting children.
